Exhibitor Requirements

Conduct:
  1. All booths must be set and operational by 9:00AM on Friday, June 8th, 2012.
  2. All exhibits must be staffed during all show hours everyday.
  3. Only those companies that have contracted for exhibit space are permitted to demonstrate
    product, solicit orders or distribute advertising at the show.
  4. Sales, signs, models and distribution of literature and/or promotional items must be
    confined to your exhibit space.

Exhibition / Fees:
  1. Client assumes all costs for any tents or structures erected on site. You must provide your
    own tables and they must be skirted. No spikes will be allowed. Banners can be no larger
    than 2’x4’. Easel board displays can be no larger than 30”W x 48”L with a maximum of 2
    easel boards per exhibitor. VICL must approve the design of all structures prior to show
    opening.
  2. Crown Bay Marina has 24-hour on site security. We suggest removing expensive items
    from the booth at night as VICL will not provide additional security for exhibitors or be
    responsible for items left in the tent overnight.
  3. Yacht Haven Grande may require that you provide proof of business liability insurance.
  4. In addition to the above assumed charges, VICL requires a fee of $125.00 per day.
    Booth registration and payment must be made to VICL.
  5. Table and chair rental are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
