We are pleased to announce great dockage rates at the show!
The dockage fees at Crown Bay Marina are as follows: Starting one day before the show and
ending one day after the show, yachts 60' and under will be charged $1.00 per foot per day.
Yachts 61' and over will be charged $1.25 per foot per day.
Details about the schedule of events will be released soon.
Note-In order to attend the show, you must register with both VICL and Crown Bay Marina.
Crown Bay Marina is handling their registration separately. Crown Bay Marina can offer
speedier registration at show time if they get your credit card details now. They will not
charge your card until the show. Please try to complete both registrations as quickly as
possible. You may fax, mail or drop off the forms to the respective offices.

OTHER FAQS:
If a yacht registers and does not meet these criteria at the opening of the show, they will not be
allowed in the show.
At the time of the Exhibition, the yacht must be prepared with a proper brochure, detailed crew
profiles and a complete list of sports and entertainment equipment.
Captains are requested to submit their crew lists 2 weeks prior to the Exhibition in order to
prepare crew badges.
Captains and Crews are required to treat Crown Bay Marina employees with respect. Gratuities for
services rendered are appreciated by the line handlers and dock assistants.
On board private parties hosted by individual yachts for the brokers will only be allowed during the
daily lunch break. Attendance at each evening's social events are encouraged.
Dockage is not included in the registration fee. Request registration/reservation forms from
Crown Bay Marina. You are responsible for your reservation at the marina. Contact Crown Bay
Marina directly for dockage registration. Dock space will be assigned to accommodate all size
vessels and management company groupings.
There will be a $150 administrative charge for all “no-show” boats unless canceled 24 hours
prior reserved date.
